Thank U so much, I removed the write-protection and tried to running the with Administrator privileges and now working well!

I think I made something wrong...
installed the game. OK.
Log in. OK.
Watch the movie. OK.
Chose server. OK.
Try to make character. ERROR.
In detail: Nothing summoned in me only the weapons, and I tried to click to make char, to see is this only in main page fault, but nothing changed ...
