remove cd from mara/sw stance.. reward player skill just once instead of **** around pointlessly with buff values..

mara stances should be off cooldown its a game changer to play it when you got -5s cd buff on..

people defending the everyone in my voice chat press button and enemy dies in that second as some super skillful gameplay are smth else kek

so instead of backing off they decided to double down on the nb ban, breaking enemy in the process. good job devs, couldnt think myself of a better way to kill this project while advertising it as good change.
