Apparently i canän unblock the launcher. The line under the "read only" in properties: says that it was blocked because it "probably came from another PC" and it allows to click "unblock". But every time i open properties of the launcher it is blocked again. I switched ...

Despite following instructions by moving it to my dekstop, unblocking the launcher and updater and starting it as an admin, i still get this error
