Return of Reckoning

As the title says. I would like to know how to start a scenario

I have started playing this game because one day my close friend asked me if I know any Warhammer MMORPG's.

Now I wasnt aware that RoR existed, but now I (and by "I" I mean 'we") are here. So, I would like to know:

How can a person from two different races (Dwarf and Human) play together?

I am not sure if it actually is a bug but... Whenever i search a body or a chest, the menu pops up for a split second before just putting all items in my backpack. This isnt a major concern but id still prefer if that wasnt the case
