Same issue, post up on game support but I'm assuming this is not a local issue but serverside.

Hello, first forum post yay! Game has been working fine for the past two weeks or so, this morning both me and my brother have this problem. The game launcher launches just fine, both WAR.exe and RoRLauncher.exe are run as administrators (files are not readonly), no problem to launch the game itself...
