Return of Reckoning

alright so it should be noted somewhere where the downloads are that you extract the .exe files to the main RoR folder and not place the WAR and WAR-64 folders in there. I'm now having issues with binkw32, I installed them from the RAD website today so I'm not sure what's up there and why it's even ...

The problem I'm having is since I've never played I don't have a war-64 folder

I have tried the posted fix on manually downloading the WAR-64 files but it still does not work and says it cannot download War-64. Any advice?
I put the downloaded folders into the Return of Reckoning directory in program files.
