Its not for solo roam and duels with regen abominations. Weird that WH only after months start to realise how dragongun was nerfed. But 50% armpen bonus with 100% uptime+basilion def mechanics and self healing was pretty unfair to other dps classes. Problem not with new WH, problem that destro toxic...

Actually lvled this way my WH from 1 to fullsov. It works pretty well.You cant even think about droping repel? Becouse full burst WH is midle tree+BAL.

You forgot that kotbs dont have armor debuff, while bork and bg have. Pair that with m1, and target will be near zero armor. Only solution really for kotbs, is mirror of chosen tactics, or give him armorshred. Whole server knows dps kotbs is underperforming compared to other tanks mainly tnx to this.

In lineage 2 was Olimpiad system where all people figthed for Hero title. It provided uniq chat, cosmetics, hero weapon for 1 month, and some powerfull skills.
