It will nerf burst spec whs a lot, prob to grave. All his burst spec now holds on it, because outside feinted torments are really unrealiable, and only alternative is start stack fervor. This is the problem, burst spec of WH isnt really bursty, its prolonged till last tick of bal+abso combo. Feints ...

Was testing it prepatch with friend can even give you witness if you want. Armor ignoring part was working 100%, flanking - never looked close but pretty sure numbers was the same. Is there 0 or 1 knows only person who have access to client. But im drifting towards 1.

Gun it was working pre patch, armor ignore+flanking was activated from it. Thats why i mentioned that for wh wasting feint on snapshots is heresy and they need normal slow. It was always option for WE. I have no idea how it was on vanilla or should it work this way but its big button in dps rotation ...
