30% nerf for all magical debuff sourses exept sorks and bw.
Every single target magic resistance debuff is unaffected, so it only applies to AOE debuff skills.

If you're chosen/SM/AM? Too bad. Solo roaming Magus? Rejoice you're still OP as always in this mode :)

1. Fixing 3vs5 pops
2. Fixing no heals pop
3. Solo version of event sc or alternative route in quest. Making discordant sc event in journal to make sure people will que it.
4. Separate 6man from solo pugs completely, maybe by making one big 24 man sc for weekend for big masacre with ...

That people want to log in and have fun ingame not commiting into group/wb play is purely normal. And SC was that place when discordants was introduced. Sadly players who pref win not by skill but just by gear and cooping tried to spoil even them.

Regen WE works on staking ton of def stat usually armor/tough, def tactics, high parry+riposte, and ton of regen. Dmg comes just from stable dmg procs like witchbrew, kisses and autos, if u figth in melle add to that riposts. Its literally spiked regen brickwall that any dps in normal build cannot ...

I would pref for eov to be castable on the move. Squishy am standing spaming EoV in 1 spot on WW cycle when u need move is bad. Also half of them is just dont connect due to target lose. Its have 80 ft range that commit u stand in bad place, low healing after crit removal, and 1 insta eov after 5 ...

Phoenix coud use range buff tho, 100ft sux.
