Uhm.. all "powers" does the same as their "main stat" equivalent they just don't get secondary bonus. But you can use them after softcap on main stat.
Other difference is powers still don't show on tooltip calculations.

As the title states, I am having a hard time sitting down and playing my healer.
Maybe a standing desk will help? Badumtiss 8-)
To me that's pretty much what healers do, look at health bars. 80% is probably too high, but 50% sure, you still need to look out for positions, flow and engagements ...

It's good for combo/Burst ST DPS.
It's decent for crit heavy healer if you stick strictly to a 5 tranq 1 force rotation.
It's bad (or less value than alternatives) in all other cases.

I think you might be missing my point so I'll clarify too.
My point is that mechanics are supposed to be a mini-game that adds flavour to builds and playstyles.
So even if the mechanic now benefits all builds, how you interact with it doesn't matter anymore.

1) Not sure what you mean. That's just the tactic being good, not the mechanic. Previously, in this case the mechanic would give 20-40% boost if you played it right (weaving), now it's closer to 7-10% whether you ignore it or not.

Someone who plays both zl and rp feel free to correct me if Im wrong but zl should have higher burst especially now with changers echo and burst of chaos.
If i may ask, how does any of these two compare to the Archmage and shaman?
I have to admit never fought a Zealot i couldn't kill 1vs1 ...

I have a 78RP in sov-vic(no ring)-sent-lotd cape and 2 rings, at about 260-270MP.
I use the Blazing Runes tactic for +25% dmg to Rune Of Burning and Rune Of Immolation, so my usual rotation is:

No, if Divine Fury and Focus Offense needs changes, they should be changed for all classes that have them.
Asides, you can switch tactics between each engagement, and ZL/RP is already prime for having dual builds.
