Can only assume you are all talking about soloing, where yes it's not worth it if you wanna tryhard your k:d, but it's the only tactic making you remotely viable as dps in group play.

Think they mentioned that any gear you see on NPCs are single models and would essentially need to be made from scratch if they wanted to make it available to players. So not exactly a case of just adding the pieces to a vendor. It's of course still technically possible, but is entirely in the hands...

... The 7p War proc gives 9% critical hit (both dmg and heal) and 12% crit dmg, and since you are mostly doing AoE it will be up all the time. Also it's cheaper, can be gotten earlier, better looking and has +2 in right tree which is better for hybrid as you get access to more specs, has more magic...

Oh yep, the builds I listed all assumes warband scale, where you have enough targets to max both dmg and heal output on FodG, this more than makes up for your weaker normal heals. At WB scale you are more safe at close range as you'll draw less attention and be closer to your blob. And you'll have 6...

Had a lot of fun PvE soloing with Shadow Warrior, all you really need is Guerilla Warfare at CR17 to kite bosses (just struggles a bit with ranged mobs, especially ranged heroes), not gear dependent and good clear time.

Then by CR23-30 you can pick up your AoE:
