Sorry that i wasn't there to actually answer anything but so far, Rydiak's option solved my issue. I honestly didn't look up which normally is ingame and has to be my "norm" but other than that, thanks alot for your helpfulness.

This only happens during big T2-T4 WB events, i started to feel like i have no idea what is causing it now. I tried asking around ingame for a solution, changing audio.myp, turning off combat text(VinyUI pack stuff), changing compatibility to Win10(had no option there) and changing my resolution to ...
