Return of Reckoning

When i try startin the game i login in the launcher and this shows up, help
Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Accesso al percorso 'D:\WAR\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe' negato.

Every time i try to download file 7 of the client the website says: max connections reached, pls help
