Well, I think you buffed (in general and specially for Destruction) the RDPS wich needed a nerf (in general again)

BAL, Sacrificial Stab and Def WE needed a damage nerf (and I play a WH and a WE) but you overnerfed the stealth, making them totally useless in a WB and in keeps, sieges and most maps ...

In Tier 2-3 this new approach has ruined the scenarios, the waiting times are around 45-50 minis a pop, that makes pvp levelling awful. Please, remove this from midtiers, and apply only from 1-15 and in 40.
