Same problem here. I turned off all my add on, test on other new characters, clean my cache and even delete and reinstall the game. And the problem is still here with new characters.

@choppa cries. We always heard what a garbage ability this is. No one really uses it, All it does is give tanks free immunites. If that is the case this was a big buff to GTDC. Now tanks dont get pullled a lot of the time so no free immunity given to the tank. larger pull area means the soft target...
