This really depends. 6v6, I'm trying to dump short cooldown rotations with survival in mind. That means lots of Surging Violet Fire with reduced CD tactic, heal tactic, and crit tactic.

I have noticed critical hits from Mist and other attacks have diminished. Storm seems to still hit pretty hard.

I assumed something changed. This is all circumstantial, but I was thinking the same thing.
