Re: I'm sad WE lost range
I play WH not WE but I do agree. Yes yes, WH finishers are 30 yards because WH has guns. But from a balance perspective it's just such a big difference between the two classes. It seems like a weird thing to have changed when there are so many other more important things that make regen WE OP that ...

Re: Is RoR realisticly still a campaign game?
I don't really mind the fact that the campaign is basically just there to provide us with a thinly veiled excuse to get out there and kill each other. It does a decent enough job of facilitating PvP and I think that's ultimately the entire point of the game, to be a world PvP focused MMORPG that ...

Re: So the WH changes seem pretty busted
I love your "lack of build variety" complains. Try any other mDPS, you don't have real choices: often your only choice is, if you play ST or AoE, and thats it. I don't see reason why WH/WE should be any different.
My problem isn't a lack of build variety, it's that the builds we do have don't ...

Re: So the WH changes seem pretty busted
Played more now. I don't like how you have to choose between either Shroud of Magnus or Repel Blasphemy for BAL now, it feels like you have to spec to fight either casters or melee. I would've preferred they just scrapped the vanish component of Sanctified Oil entirely and made it a speed boost only ...

Re: Patch Notes 18/12/2025
Team, as a dedicated WH DPS player you really messed up with the balance here. I don't understand why you separated stealth from the movement speed seal, especially when they no longer share a CD, and you did this in the same patch as you gave WH/WE a reliable slow with feinted positioning ...

So the WH changes seem pretty busted
- Reliable slow (feinted positioning+ranged attack)
- Vanish separated from speed boost and they no longer share a cooldown
- Crit damage tactic baseline
- Burn away lies gets 25% more crit chance from the buffed Atonement tactic
- Ranged purge that builds combo points
Pretty much the only ...

Re: A reflection on stealth classes
I agree that WE/WH shouldn't have effective tank or regen specs. But your solution to remove their only gap closer when they have no slow is just very dumb. The result of that would be that any class can turn around and stun, slow, etc a WH/WE, walk away, and then they can literally never catch ...

Re: A reflection on stealth classes
For the over-simplified stealth class-playing individuals that happen to read this, I'll save your time: you just have to read the next line.
"someone is bitter that they died to a WE"
NOW, TO THE MATTER IN HAND:
TLDR:
WEs (and WHs to a lesser degree) need adjustments. Way too tanky and self ...
