Launcher downloading unneccesary files.

Just downloaded the torrent file.
Copied the files to the desktop.
Closed the torrent completely. (Stopped seeding too)
Unchecked read-only.
Gave admin privilege.
Opened launcher. Selected 64 bit restarted it.
Launcher started to download 16.6k files. Heard if there was a problem it would ...
