WAR minimizes to Taskbar on Launch

I'm running into a weird issue where game minimizes to my taskbar on launch and I'm unable to bring it to focus.

Details:

1) Downloaded Launcher via Torrent link and installed DX9.
2) Launched RoRLauncher.exe
3) Login and download updates
4) Hit connect and see WAR.exe launch
5) I get a black ...
