There's a read-me in the download folder, if you go through that you should get DX9 working.

No I automatically assumed it would do that and I also assumed I had DX9 but not too sure I'll need to double check and possibly download it.


I think I know what's wrong I didn't open it with DX9 because it's not installed on my laptop and I can't install it because I'm running windows 10 ...

No I automatically assumed it would do that and I also assumed I had DX9 but not too sure I'll need to double check and possibly download it.

Have you stopped the torrent from seeding? And ran the program as Administrator?

Make sure you change your folder from Read-Only. This should fix this.
