I'm getting "Your account is not active" when hitting connect - is this related?

I've been gone from WAR quite a while and have been waiting for Uth2 for a looong long time. I stil check the WAR forums, especially the ban-section because they are entertaining

That should be true yes. And also yes to 1.5 levels max
if you have alot of alts its a good idea to use this, as rested xp is also 3x normal xp.

And how a feelgood movie thread has to derail into a 2 or 3 person discussion .. again.. Some people just don't know when to quit.
