Re: Are you ever going to address ridiculous advantage Destruction has in sieges?

Then just remove the pull—I think small-scale Destro players will thank you for it. That way, you can spam it without a second thought without hurting anyone.

+1

As bad as gtdc is in RvR for Order, it's even worse for Destro in scenarios.

I like to play the game of "will this Choppa open ...

Engineer - requires a 2sec cast

Interesting that you'd phrase the Magus 2sec cast as a "short cast" while emphasizing the Engi's 2sec cast time.

Almost like you're presenting information in a way that fits a pre-established narrative.

...the soul of the game is lost. I hope the new campaign system fix it.

I honestly don't think any system they bring in can truly fix RvR, as the original design of the game being Realm vs Realm has been lost. Things can be made better for sure, but we'll never have AoR-level campaigns back ...

Re: Remove +2 path set bonus

The upcoming armor rework is a good opportunity to remove the +2 path set bonus from Sovereign/Warlord/etc., replace it with something else. The bonus is either nearly useless or mandatory depending on the class and build. It feels bad when the points aren't needed. So that players who rely on it ...

Re: Fun is decreasing - lets discuss

One thing that I think is rarely mentioned is that the fun of the game is also decreasing due to the simplification and ease with which everything is now obtained: You level up RR faster, you equip BiS gear without having to make any effort, PVE guarantees you the complete set after 3-4 dungeon ...

Re: Patch Notes 6/8/2026

It's not about the +1 stat, which is meaningless. It's about the age-old MMO tradition of displaying one's rare, hard-to-acquire gear as a status symbol to display to others.

The grind and insane cost are the whole point. It's what holds the real value, not the irrelevant stat increase.

Oh i ...

Re: Patch Notes 6/8/2026

And in my opinion, that's exactly the point.
A few points don’t change anything. In other words, they don’t widen the gap, especially between fresh Level 40s and those who’ve been grinding.
But they do give others who need some kind of goal in the game an extra reason to play—or simply an ...

Re: Fun is decreasing - lets discuss

wow, this poll clearly shows how out of touch with the community devs are.

Not really.

People come to the forums almost exclusively to cry, rage, whinge, moan, and push their own particular hobby horse. It's not exactly a shock that a thread titled "Fun is decreasing" attracts a lot of these ...

Re: Patch Notes 6/8/2026

Congrats to the balance team on finally reaching the end of the archetype balance patches. It’s been a long, drama‑filled road, but you got there in the end.

As it looks like the “iconic specs” part of the previous roadmap has been dropped, are there plans for another roadmap to coincide with what ...
