Big, infrequent changes, that have been thoroughly tested; with small hotfixes and rebalances shortly after some important problematic aspect was found (such as the choppa/slayer situation some time ago) is the best way to do it.

While I welcome any turtle players that want to find a place to pvp in, I don't have high hopes of them staying longterm.

ASW is considered non-meta and too weak for organised play, but sees a lot of success for soloing. And I hope the RDPS patch brings ASW up to being playable in more types of content.
