Return of Reckoning

Scout got their damage backloaded and harder to execute or easier to avoid at best.
Assault got their defences gutted and will melt in seconds for a dubious dps increase if any at all.
Skirmish got their AOE reduced to a point where they would be a detriment to anything but a pug WB.

The balancing of classes has been abysmal. The inconsistency of the patches has been bad on their own and some classes have been absolutely broken by these "Balances"! Yes you can tune down classes for balance ...

I don't understand how a buggy zone as HV needs 7 runs. On paper its very fast and easy, if you have a pug its hit and miss if you finish it or not. Forever spawning dogs anyone? (Why cant the be reset with /partyresetinstance)
