I managed to fix my issue with the game. uTorrent notified me that my download was done, however the folder had missing files. I re-downloaded the torrent and started over, this time I got all the files.
Not sure why it happened, probably user-error. Either way I'm fixed and able to play.

ok, so I attempted to run the game on Windows 7 64-bit. The launcher gives a pop-up stating I need a 32-bit OS to run this application then spits out the following in the log:
