Return of Reckoning

Hi guys, when i'm doing rvr or a public quest, happen that my PC will shut down completely and restart after that. I followed all the instructions on the sticky post of this section, but crash happened again. i don't know what to do, because with other games, even recent one, i have no issue. Thanks
