Return of Reckoning

I feel like i am more or less forced to roll on order side, the scenario ques are close to instant whereas after 30 minutes on my destro char I still have not had a que pop. Is this normal for all phases of the game or just T1?

I am relatively new to the game, but I made an elven tank and just feel very underwhelmed. I feel like I have no mitigation or self-heal, just squishy swinging a noodle around. Granted I am only lvl 16, but still. I feel like I cannot apply enough pressure to really help my team. Guard feels like it ...

Also, I am not sure how exactly tether works. I saw a video where when the player gaurded someone a bright line connected them. When I gaurd someone I do not have said line. Is tether the right addon for that?

Just curious as to who to contact or the correct procedures to go through to have a suspension looked at. The message said it was due to inappropriate names, but they are incorrect names.
