BIS depends on what you want to do. My BG 52% base parry in the paper doll, with the tactic and 100 hate its 82% and with the proc from kalgalanos its 92%. Also, he has 1200 tou at 100 hate with 9.5k hp. I can take a ss and post it later when I get home but hes 3sov/3sov/2wl so I get 2 wounds bonus...

Does anybody know on which set can I find the old vanquisher appearance for WP?
