Lots of changes that have been needed for a long time (WP/DoK detaunt, morale pump, CDR). Thank you for providing the justification for the balance changes. It goes a long way to see what the overall vision is on balance.

WE have the highest single target burst in the game and that's fine because of their role as stealth assassin. You can't have both top tier damage and group utility. Your group utility is assassinating - not stand in the middle of the melee ball with everyone else and spam aoe skills
