ok did the cmd stuff and got Error: Unable to rebuild performance counter setting from system backup store, error code is 5

Got everything downloaded and extracted then get to log in box click on connect and I'm getting a error box up in the left side saying error then it says in a red box copy to clip board. Not sure how to fix this?
