Why not just play on the side that isn't terribly overpopulated and get a city regularly?

Huge fan of the changes with invader and royal in purple/gold bags. This has caused a number of my friends to play rvr again

As a new player about to hit 40, this is really helpful. Do the conquerer and opressor emblems only drop at certain renown ranks?
It'd be great if this was in the wiki too

Curious, how do you spend your renown ranks?
