Hey guys, same thing happened to me a couple days ago, it took two days for (something?) to fix itself and I could log back in again.

Either that, or allow us to turn it in to the NPC inside the scenario as well. That seems like a better solution since at some ranks the reward from completing the scenario is a different token than from the win quest. +1 I see the explanation given so far and I think it makes a lot of sense. Probably doesn't answer your question, but I've learned yesterday that both characters need tether installed to get it to work automatically.

I fixed it by using "/tether force" every time I change guard.
