Error log on launcher

Hello there. I've been having several issues with downloading and installing, and then with the launcher, but the tech support sticky solved all of them. But then got this error log when starting the launcher:

Error: System.IO.IOException: The process can't access the archive 'C:\Users\USUARIO ...
