Solved problem with new Intstallation.

Hello,

since the last patch all my abilities are gone when I log in game.
All abilities in the actionbars are away, also in the ability window.
What issue can this be?
Yesterday it worked again with patch repair thats the only way I can fix it for now.
But daily patch repair can´t be the final ...
