Devs do not hate pvp players. What they do hate is proper itemization on sovereign sets, damn whoever was responsible for that should never touch stat allocation ever again.

Now that RoR is reverting bad changes, can Heaven's Blade be turned back into a resistance debuff (that stacked with Wrath of Hoeth regarding spirit) as it should be/was on live?

But wouldn't be the solution then to remove contribution and make it totally random? Because to make contribution balanced for all cases, then even in an instance where your side does 500 kills sometimes the dps-classes should still be at the bottom of contribution. I can't see a way to weight dps ...

The tactic is worth it; it increases your blurring shock procs with 10%, which is amazing in groupplay --> will increase your dps over any other tactic/buff/ability available.
