One problem in the leveling process is that you have to level your toon in the zones where you`re race come from

ALL quests from T1 to T4 on all pairings, including SC quests and RVR quests are x2.

Or create a scroll that you use at level 16 and up you to 40.
But its a good thread for new players, easier to level up.
