yeah but you are out of juice quick, if you use devour or rend soul while having dib active. and rend soul with dib or consume essence is no dmg or burst anymore at all .

I get what you are saying but I dont think it is so strong , especially compared to pre patch / changes old dib and devour ...

Wp healer is right now super op because of the 375 absorb aura. The thing is if my 2h wp was on destro side would be easier to roam because am not fighting against better kiting classes. The reason WL soo strong is that they counter the the destro classes with kiting. WP 2h would be good if only ...

devour essence got nerfed. dmg wise. super hard actually.
instead of devour essence, wp gets a 100somehing wounds buff for the entire grp. perma up with 1h duration.

both abilities are NOT mirrored on the opposite faction.

same as for guilty soul build up. dok doesnt have that but other things ...

But I think it is wrong to compare those 2 skills anyway. different radius, 2h vs dw, different engage and mobility on classes.

Only thing that needs some adjustments is maybe the close to none existing scaling with stats and weapon dps on the aoe swing. Base dmg a little bit lowered and stat scaling adjusted for same dmg if softcapped would make it more balanced as it feels wrong that toughness or stat debuff wont do ...

When you have to WIN X scenarios, especially for an event, it matters.

Like Shoeless wrote above - If this is for the Twilight's Tide event quest, you can return to the boat to restart that stage of the PQ without needing to restart the entire quest chain, don't worry.

you can try to use a vpn to fix it. if your isp is making troubles connecting to the server on its own.

upgraded to a 5800x3d back then and the improvment was huge. old cpu was a normal 5800. stuttering vanished in most of the games. RoR also felt way better to play and less stuttering but that was 2y while using outdated vinyui. I can recommend those x3d cpus for any game, incl ror.
