That means we, those members of staff who post here, generally indicating myself, Dana, SigmarPriest and Elven, don't know anything about this, and we cannot help you ...

As an update, half an hour later, when playing on my alt in the Nordenwatch scenario, the server went down for a 5 minute update, and when it went back on, neither of my characters could get online.

As of this update, I can't log into my main account, but I can log into my alt.

My main was in the Gates scenario when the update dropped, if that matters.
