trying to launch the RoRLauncher.exe, however i get the following popup:

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).
click ok to close the application

i click ok and it closes, I tried to run it as Administrator, then tried to run it 64 bit as well as 32 bit... still same ...

however there is no troubleshoot for this ...

hope someone can help, i followed the install directions, Install Directx9, rebooted, then downloaded that file RoRLauncher.exe, have it set to run as admin, and check Unblock if there is a Security message at the bottom, plus i made sure its uncheck is read only ...

sorry, i have been trying to download the game using the exe from the download page, then i found someone that gave the zip file, decompressed it, and now using the client with login info, but then goes to download, however it never completes, it stops at around 412/165645, and error message ...
