I am trying to dye the Twilight cloak but I can't. The dye only appears and works when I normally wear the cape but not when I have it as appearance. Ty

Sadly, no. They don't give refunds or returns. Sucks mate! Be careful what you buy/click. Back out and double-check rather than double-clicking.

You can break the chest piece down for Fragments for tali making though. But it's BoP so only if that character has salvageing...
