Same issue for me : bug with language. You have to play the game in english, and you can access to the vendors invetory (change language via launcher).

Ready to play ! the first 300 files are quiet slow to download, the rest is really fast - download time 1h20 with small ADSL.

Agree with that : scenarios are the funniest, easiest and fastest way to lvl up from 16 to 39, before throwing in at the deep end lvl40.
