The same rules as for quitting a SC (there the timer is 10 min).

Good thing to remove player numbers in a way...
However, to make claiming a keep more interesting, implement like in DAoC that if a guild claims a keep ... they can see how many attack it.
This will give claiming a keep added value for the order/dest population.

Implement rewards post RR80. (Need a "carrot" for players who continue to grind) - continue with the renown advancement system. - RR90, RR100 adds one more Mastery Point. Medalls bound to account (Dest or Order). - easier to help with a new toon if a specific class is needed. - what else ...
