Abilities wiped from my bar and from my book (so I cannot reload them into the hotbar). I also lost a weapon (with talismans) on my BW.

Post 8/4 patch.

Abilities and skills gone after patch. Also lost my staff on my BW. Abilities and skills are not in bar or in book.

Yep 64 bit since 2018. Something in the latest patch fugged it up.

Yep. Login server timing out. Also getting random crashes.
