Return of Reckoning

So in stage 2 of Ugrog's Rage when you're collecting the barrels, the squigs that are berried in the ground bug out, some times when they jump out you cant even attack them, and when you do kill them it shows they drop loot but it wont let you loot it.

I played a few years ago and i had allot of fun but i got a new tower and want to replay the game. I cant remember my username or password, but i have the email i used. How can i get my old account back so i can jump back into my old characters and start having fun once again?c
