Btw I don't know if it is intentional or not but when I do .getstats it says that I have 0.64 heal bonus, which means that the two tactics do not aplly the same time, but one reduces your heal by 20% of the already reduced value.

Do the tactics Murderous intent and divine fury affect dirrect heal only or they affect HoT too? And how heal debuffs work? I mean does inc HD reduce the heal you get from every source like HoT, Life taps and armor procs? Sorry for asking so many questions but I try to understand how this works

I am confused. Abilities like restore essence have an imidiate effect and a HoT . Are both parts affected from heal bonus/reduction ?
