Return of Reckoning

Ive tried downloading the game and following the instructions but I keep getting this

20:19:26 All of the Launcher's files must be put inside the game client folder (near WAR.exe)

I ( think ) im doing it right, placing the files where I am being instructed to I mean. I suck so much at computers ...
