Return of Reckoning

Hi i can not login with my Character because of the Name.
My previos Name was "Ventris" but now its "Ventris62F1853E".
The Popup says the name is a duplicate, but i checked the amory and nobody else has this name. Can i have my name back please. And how is was my charakter renamed anyway?

My character login stuck in the loading screen of zone 413.
I clicked on the portal in Altdorf.
Is there a solution for that.
Repair also don't work for me.
