Some hours ago, it worked without a problem.

Does it mean, i will get back lost items, if patch works?

I played RoR 2 years ago and installed it again yesterday.
I logt in with my chars, but set items were automatically moved from body to inventory. But the inventory of at least one of my chars (Eledrith) was full and the set items are just gone now. how can i get it back? Items were over lvl 55 ...

This setup works fine. I recomend the following aditional tactics: Endless Knowledge and Frozen Fury.
