Return of Reckoning

Hello, has anyone been able to resolve this issue with the Launcher?

When I attempt to open the Launcher, I get an error stating "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application."

Never had an issue like this, wondering if anyone else has seen it ...
