Return of Reckoning

im needing some help ive played for a while and can usually log on but this time it gets to the character screen and doesnt load all the way through not showing any characters ive tried to login over 40 times forsure not sure what else to do

Are the login servers still down? all my friends are getting to log on and i get to the character screen and it shows i have no characters and wont finish loading through ive tried about 100 times not sure what to do now
