Re: Post Ability Rework Balancing Roadmap - Developer Update March 2024.
The devs need to revert the recent balance patches. Order is in shambles and has been nerfed into the ground. Like 80% of the people are playing Destro now and PvDoor is worse than ever. IT must be reverted. RvR Kills 19h to 22h over the last 14 days, during EU prime time : https://i.ibb.co/fST5VMZ...

Re: Post Ability Rework Balancing Roadmap - Developer Update March 2024.
My biggest criticism of the balance effort is that it seems to focus too hard on balance, and it doesn't seem to put any thought into on what makes classes fun to play. It's all well and good to adjust skills and co-efficients for balance, but it won't make people play the game. Imbalance will drive...

Re: Dev restart the balance to the beginning
I think every proc based damage is detrimental to gameplay. It's a game, and that requires you to play to perform. When we start getting into procs as main sources of purpose, we have problems (as does any game). There's a big difference between proc windows and rng procs - windows are things like R...

Re: Dev restart the balance to the beginning
A lot of the "riposte is fine" comes across as copium. Riposte is like any other proc; free damage for doing nothing - you often don't get to choose which skill to parry. The argument that it improves skill-based gameplay is also a misdirect; the skill required to overcome it is disproport...

Re: [Ironbreaker] Blood of Grimnir - are you using it? How are you finding it?
I imagine it suffers form the same problem as Waaagh! does for BOs. It's only useful in smallscale, but in smallscale you're going to go 13pt 2-handed so will never take it. +25% AA damage is good, but not 13pts in the buff tree good. Yeah my sentiments are the same. This would have been better in ...

[Ironbreaker] Blood of Grimnir - are you using it? How are you finding it?
As title: Blood of Grimnir - are you using it? How are you finding it? I've had a play around with it; I wasn't super impressed with it on 2H IB in smallman. I can see its value in a dedicated comp, WL+Slayer + 2H tanks, but I don't have the friends for that. It's good, but it's definitely struck me...

Re: Did they get rid of grumble and mutter on ib
Hopefully later date is soon, and it's not deep in another tree. Classic ain't broke don't fix, but hopefully we get it core.
Probably one of the few skills that help market the game, given the number of 2h IB videos made possible by using it.

Re: 2H IB balanced build
Something like this is probably the go to in most group settings now with the loss of GnM (goes in the book). RoR.builders - Ironbreaker Try pick up some % parry gear, slot WS to 600ish and then STR, don't be afraid to spend RR on statblocks outside of Futile Strikes and Parry. I did a sov +2 for th...

Re: Ironbreaker settings and balancing
You should never use that tactic, use dwarfen riposte tactic, it gives you 30 grudge on parry, so you build it up pretty fast. Wrong. Rising Anger is a fine tactic and has advantages over Dwarven Riposte. Join a group then Literally just proves his point and solves nothing. This topic has been brou...
